To understand this better Exam Analyst is your Experienced Elder Sibling who has already cleared the exam you are aspiring for & the Personal Manager is the Understanding Guardian who understands your all engagements and priorities fully.

Academic Doubts fall in the purview of Subject Experts individually. The doubts can be asked in class or even after classes

Exam Strategist is the Field Expert with an in-depth understanding of all the learning ecosystems available for the students. They will tell you which Teacher’s Videos to see, which class to join, which test series to take, which book to read so that you are equipped with the ability to achieve the target you have in mind.

Your Personal Manager is like the Understanding Guardian who understands all personal engagements and priorities fully. He will take into account all your personal needs.

The Time Table and Targets will be made with student’s and parent’s consent and acceptance. The entire objective of this work is to make you a better version of yourself. He is an understanding guardian who understands the lapses but would work towards making you act with more clarity.

Step 1
The Program starts with Mindset Mapper. After analysis of the response of mindset mapper given by the aspirant, the team gives a report to the aspirant. The report will help in deciding the next course of action with or without us.

Please Note: We are not analysing the competence exclusively… the assessment is for understanding the mental framework of the aspirant how willing they are to succeed in the Target Exam.

Step 2
After the admission process completes, The Personal manager will discuss the report with the Exam Strategist. The Exam Strategist then makes the personalized target for the students based on the Performance. The Personal Manager then makes a plan and schedule for completion of targets.

Step 3.
Students enrolled for the Live Classes will take the classes as per their schedule.

The entire process is repeated in 3 weeks or as decided by the Personal Manager.

3. Or as assessed by the Personal Manager.

Anytime: Weekly meeting will be arranged with the personal manager. Moreover a Personal Manager can be contacted anytime during office hours. He will be working in the background also, to plan the best for the student.

Absolutely, the Success Management Programme is totally useful for students taking coaching at other institutes. As a matter of fact the roles of The Personal Manager, Exam Strategist & Mindset Manager are holistic and complete in nature. Their outcome is not much affected whether the Teachers are from Domain E or not. The basic agenda is to bring the best out of the student in an unbiased manner.
